He was excellent in helping us specify what we wanted then he found several properties for us to evaluate. Once identified, he worked with me to present the project to our Board of Directors, who quickly approved it. Allen was critical to the design of the space, identification of key contractors including the excellent General Contractor, and follow-up to make sure we were pleased with the result.
